영상은 1976년 진추하와 아비가 열연하여 허리우드 극장 (당시 종로 2가 낙원상가에 위치)에서 상영하여 국내에서 당대 최고의 흥행을 기록한 영화 '사랑의 스잔나 (원제: 秋霞, Chelsia My Love)'의 2009년 12월, 홍콩판으로 디비디 릴리즈된 버전 중 'One Summer Night' 파트와 일부 대사가 포함된 버전입니다.

영화는 홍콩의 '골든 하베스트'사와 한국의 '동아흥행 (현, 동아수출공사)'이 공동 제작한 한,홍 합작품입니다.
